What is a TMO?

TMO means, Tenant Management Organisation. It is a registered, non-profitable organisation set up by residents to run the services on our estate that would otherwise be managed by the council.

Brunswick Close Estate is proud of its homes and community.

Brunswick Close was designed by the renowned architect Joseph Emberton and built in 1958. The Estate consists of 268 properties in five blocks: Wycliff Court, Emberton Court, Brunswick Court, Mulberry Court and Harold Laski House.

Brunswick Close estate is a TMO run by resident volunteers. Every resident over the age of 18 years old has the right to become a member of the TMO. You can become a member and have your say in how your estate is managed by contacting the TMO office.

The purpose of the TMO is to provide the best services and to improve the quality of life for our community, in terms of repair, caretaking, cleanliness and grounds maintenance.

We aim to provide a fair and equal service to everyone living on the Estate regardless of race, colour, religion, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability. All personal information is kept confidential.
