Anti-Social Behaviour

We take anti-social behaviour very seriously. There are 61 CCTV cameras on the Estate and
footage will be used to identify and possibly prosecute those involved in criminal activity.

nearest camera number and location.

If you notice unusual activities on the estate, please report it. Do not assume it will be
reported by someone else.


Where To Report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)

• The quickest and easiest way to report ASB is online,

• Call the ASB reporting line which is open 24/7 on 020 7527 7272.

• Report it to your local Area Housing Office during office hours

What happens when I make a report?

• Whether you report your concern online or by phone you can expect a response
within 24-hours

• We have a dedicated team who will investigate your concern

• Our officers may visit you to discuss your report. Our out of hours officers are on duty
between 4pm and 2am, Sunday to Thursday, and 5pm and 4am Friday and Saturday
Calling Police – what number to dial 101 and 999

Call 101 if you:

• Want to report a crime that has already happened, like damaged to a motor vehicle,
burglary, theft, assault or damage to property.
• Find weapons, like knives or other suspicious items.
• Want to inform criminal activity.
• Make a general police enquiry.
• Make contact with a specific member of the Metropolitan Police.

Call 999:

• In the case of an emergency or if a crime is happening at that moment.
• Someone is in immediate danger.
• Serious damage to property, or if that is likely to occur
• Suspect for a crime is nearby
• Injury to a person, such as a victim of assault or traffic collision
