If you are elderly and/or disabled and have no one to help with small jobs, contact the TMO and we’ll try to support you. If you report a repair, we will give you priority.

If your lift is broken down and you are unable to manage the stairs, please call the TMO office during opening hours for someone to help with shopping etc. 

Some residents may have other difficulties that need specialist help and support. Drink, drugs, domestic abuse, money problems. They may find themselves in a vulnerable situation and at risk of abuse, harm and neglect which can take many forms – physical, financial, emotional, domestic, discriminatory, neglect, sexual.
