Being A Good Neighbour
We all want to live in a peaceful place.
- Be friendly and kind to your neighbours
- DIY can be done Monday – Friday 8am-6pm. Saturdays 8am-1pm
- Be considerate if you’re having a party. Tell your neighbours and keep music at a reasonable level.
- You need permission from the council to install wood or laminate flooring. They can be noisy for neighbours and may have to be lifted in an emergency.
- Dispose of your rubbish properly – in the bins provided around the estate
- Don’t dump large items in communal areas -call the council to collect them or move them to the lumber point near your block
- Use the chute for small bags. Never put big black bags, timber or cardboard down the chute
- Do not leave bikes, buggies, scooters on balconies. It is a fire hazard and your items may be removed.
- Respect disabled parking spaces
- Look after your garden
- Play areas are there to encourage your children to play outdoors. Keep an eye on them and make sure they play safely and sensibly
- Keep control over your pets
